Lost/Missing Package

ATTENTION: Due to the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, fulfillment, shipping, and delivery times may be affected. All courier transit and delivery times are estimated value given by our couriers and mailing service. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to print, pack and mail out your package while working within the limitations and restrictions of worldwide shipping.

If you believe that your IDP package is missing, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to send in a replacement if the package is missing or failed to be delivered within the stated time frame on the checkout page and Shipping Policy.

Packages that have been signed for cannot be reported as a lost/missing package. A replacement, in this case, will be subjected for approval by our management team. While the International License, LTD will do its best to help you resolve shipping and courier-related issues, we cannot be held responsible for cases where the courier or mail service is at fault. We will help you file a lost package claim with the courier. We are unable to proceed with any form of refund or replacement until a claim decision is made by the courier.

Refund Policy Details

The IDP you purchase from International License is covered by our Refund Policy. You can request a refund within 30 days from the day you applied for an IDP. Feel free to contact us using the website

You may cancel your IDP application for a full refund within two (2) hours of placing the order. A 15% printing and handling fee will be charged if a refund request is made after the two (2) hour-grace period.

All orders that are marked as Completed and/or Shipped may no longer be canceled.

All Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been marked as completed and/or shipped with a tracking number.

If you submit falsified data or identification documents or fail to comply with our requirements, you are no longer eligible for any form of refund unless you can provide valid, genuine identification documents. Please understand that falsification of identity in any form is illegal and is not in any way tolerated by the International License, LTD.

Replacement Order Policy

We are happy to provide free replacements for the following instances:

  • All Digital IDP copies

  • Packages that fail to arrive within the stated time frame on the checkout page or Shipping Policy

  • Printing issues

Any other issue or case not mentioned above is subject for approval by our management team for replacement requests.

 

Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
